Provision of LiDAR for Angkor Temples Complex, Cambodia for ±30,000 Ha on flat area, mostly forested but with scattered agriculture land. We provided LiDAR DSM & DEM. LiDAR point density up to 15 points/msq average. The purpose of the program was to identify man-made features under the tree canopy and not visible to the naked eye.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Provide management, technical expertise and resources necessary to rebuild the social, economic and physical infrastructure on 24 tsunami affected villages, considering economic, environment and culture sustainability. Provided mapping, surveying, geotechnical, environmental, community planning and engineering feasibility services for the reconstruction of 4,000 homes. Used a combination of satellite imagery, aerial photography, and conventional topographic surveys to map the terrain and post-tsunami shoreline in each area. Recreated the network of original property boundaries for land title registration and database for a land registry. Planned new communities while respecting traditional and religious values as well as physical and engineering constraints.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

A topographic survey of 2 areas (total 250 Ha) of proposed installations for Indonesian National oil & gas company Pertamina. GNSS survey was used to bring in control from the national control network. Due to the dense vegetation of the terrain, a terrestrial laser scanner was fixed to the top of the survey vehicle to provide a ‘stop-and-go’ solution for the topographic survey. Survey elevations were fixed to the local tide elevations so that the survey could be tied into the Client’s bathymetric survey.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

A deformation monitoring survey of the Kohler furniture factory located in the port area of Semarang. Surveys were completed at a 6 month intervals (total of 5 surveys completed). GNSS survey was used to bring n control from outside the deformation zone. Digital precise levelling was then used to monitor the factory building and the surrounding land plus 2 km long access road.
